Hot-water extraction - steam carpet cleaning is the most advanced current method proven to deliver the best results. It is suitable for woollen, synthetic and mixed fibre. Here is how it works:
Step 1.
Before the cleaning process begins, our specialist will inspect the carpet to determine the type of fibre, its condition, and any stains or spots that need special attention.
Step 2.
The carpet is vacuumed to remove loose dirt, small particles and debris. This step is important to ensure that the cleaning solution can penetrate deep into the fibres.
Step 3.
Depending on the level of soiling and staining, a pre-treatment solution will be applied to the carpet. It'll get left to dwell for a few minutes to break down dirt and stains. Any stubborn spots will be additionally treated with a special spot-removing detergent.
Step 4.
Hot-water steam extraction is the main cleaning step. Our technician will use a professional machine to inject the hot water and cleaning solution into the carpet, dissolving the dirt. With the help of a special nozzle, the equipment extracts 95% of all moisture, along with grime and dust. This allows us to clean and dry the fibres simultaneously and remove allergens, bacteria, and other contaminants, leaving carpets fresh and clean.
Step 4.
The drying time of the carpet is relatively short, typically between 4-6 hours, depending on the material it is made of. To speed up the drying process, we always recommend increasing the air circulation in the room by leaving a door or windows open.

Have you ever spilt something on your carpet and wished you had a force field to protect it? Well, carpet fibre protection may not be as cool as a force field, but it's the next best thing.
Carpet protection is a simple and effective way to keep carpets stain-free and looking their best for years to come.
It is an invisible protective solution applied on top of the carpet fibres to prevent stains and spills from soaking deep into the fabric. The carpet protector creates a layer on the carpet which acts as a shield for up to 6 months, making it easier to clean up spills and stains before they can cause permanent damage.
The fibre protection is usually done right after a professional carpet cleaning. This ensures the carpet is free of any dirt, dust, or debris that could interfere with the protective solution.
However, a carpet protector can also be applied to a newly installed carpet to help keep it looking fresh and vivid for longer.
Carpet protection is recommended for all types of carpets, especially those in high-traffic areas or homes with children or pets. It can help extend the life of your carpets and save you money in the long run by reducing the need for frequent cleanings or even carpet replacement.
Overall, carpet protection is a simple, effective and budget-friendly way to keep carpets stain-free and look their best for years to come.

We can guarantee if we can't remove them, no one will.

A: The cleaning time depends on how many carpets need to be cleaned. On average, the carpet specialist needs 25-30 minutes per room. We may need slightly more time for heavily soiled carpets and larger areas.
I booked the service via email and was given an early date and a good price for the cleaning of my sofa, stairs & rug. All cleaned with the minimum of fuss and completed in a couple of hours. The sofa is still drying but looks like new. Stole ensured he checked for colour fastness on my rug before cleaning. Very happy with the service and would use again.
Well-named—this carpet cleaning is excellent! I had my bedroom curtains and carpets cleaned. Stole was on time, explained what would happen, helped me move some furniture, and, most importantly, left my carpets and curtains looking like new. They were dry a few hours later. I am a very happy customer. Recommend.
Stole was responsive by email, arrived on time, and was cheerful and polite while doing a good job. I am a happy customer. Thanks again, Stole.
